Eagles Baseball Alumni

Eagles BaseballPlayers who have come through the Eagles Baseball Program have continued their baseball careers with great success at the collegiate and professional levels. Here’s an update on some of our alums.

FORMER EAGLES PLAYERS IN PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL
Pat Butler – played with our North Jersey Eagles ACBL team in the 2012 championship summer, and pitched for the Camden Riversharks in the Atlantic League in 2013. He played for the Washington WildThings in the Frontier League in 2014 and the Rockland Boulders in 2015 and 2016. Pat was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in 2009 but opted to attend the University of Connecticut.

Kevin Ferguson – came through the Eagles program starting with the 11U team. Played his college baseball at Northeastern University and following his 2013 graduation, was signed by the Houston Astros. Kevin played for Greenville and the GCL Astros in the Houston organization in 2013. He played for the Tri-City Valley Cats, Houston’s entry in the New York-Penn League in 2014 and is now an instructor with Professional Baseball Instruction.

Patrick Kivlehan – played with our North Jersey Eagles ACBL team and spent the 2014 season with the Jackson Generals (AA) in the Seattle Mariners organization. In January 2015, the Mariners invited Pat to take part in the MLB Rookie Career Development Program. The program is a joint effort by Major League Baseball and the MLB Players Association to prepare players for what they will encounter in the big leagues. He made his MLB debut in 2016 with the San Diego Padres and finished the season with the Cincinnati Reds.

Patrick Stanley – trained at Professional Baseball Instruction through his high school career at Ramsey High School. Drafted by the Colorado Rockies, he ultimately pitched at the AAA level in the Detroit Tigers organization.
